Gwich’in Geographics, in partnership with the GSCI, was contracted by the Peel River Watershed Advisory Committee to produce an annotated bibliography of sources referencing the Peel River Watershed. The project compiled of baseline environmental information about the watershed. The resulting Filemaker Pro bibliographic database and derived report contains nearly 600 items, both published and unpublished. Research was carried out between March and June of 1995. Subject categorization of source type (text, audio, video, map), publication information and date, keywords, location of study, funding, purpose. It also notes the original source of the citation, such as ASTIS or the Gwich’in Language Centre library.
